Crystal Mosque is a mosque built in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu. This mosque was built on an island called Wan Man. Crystal mosque was built from 2006 until fully completed in 2008. This Mosque is built of glass and steel.
Crystal Mosque was officially opened by the Prime Minister, Dato' Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi. Yang-Di-Pertuan Agong, Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin with the Queen, Tuanku Nur Zahirah have consented to the opening caremony of Crystal Mosque, on 8 february 2008
Crystal Mosque is an intelligent first mosque in Malaysia and has an area of 2.146 square meters. The mosque can accommodate 700 worshipers at a time and equipped with information technology infrastructure and coverage of WiFi that allows visitors to use Internet access to electronic reading the Quran.
